A rendition of the Louisiana Creole flag, this item is meant for Louisiana Creole-speakers to show their linguistic & cultural pride. Some may ask what's the point in trying to revitalize a language that's been so minoritized that it'll likely be extinct soon, but that outlook only creates a self-fulfilling prophecy. If we want to see our language survive, we need to whole-heartedly believe we will & act accordingly, by doing everything in our power to improve our own language skills & to help others improve theirs - a part of that, unfortunately, is the need to remind the haters that the language is still alive & kicking today!
